Table of Dang is where I share that journey. It’s a space for recipes, food writing, and ideas that bring together technique, heritage, and curiosity. Some dishes draw from my Vietnamese background, others from travel and experimentation — all with an emphasis on making food engaging and approachable.
It’s also a place where photography and cooking meet. I love capturing food in a way that feels alive, showing not just how it looks but the story it carries.
